And Now for a Touch of Paint…
Builders are in!!
So, now the hard work begins! We are another step closer to the grand opening of Coby's Cafe in the ground floor of the Chapel.
The main room and the new kitchen area have been cleared, electricians have completed the first fix and the rooms are about to be painted! I have been madly buying much needed appliances for the new kitchen and some lovely old tables and chairs to complete the original 'Coby's' look downstairs. Of, course there may have been a couple of impulse buys, but you've got to enjoy it haven't you??
One of the most exciting buys has been our brand new pizza oven!! We are intending to add freshly made authentic Italian pizza to out menu very soon with a takeaway option available too. I can't wait to start practising - we will have to try them all won't we?
